This app will alert you when a Beacon Master (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/id843024401?mt=8) nearby, present texts and images that Beacon Master prepared for you.
A Beacon Master (an app running on iPad) could be setup by retail store to promote new arrival or discount messages, by stadium to deliver new announcement when people pass by the entrance, by teacher to transfer presentation materials to students iPhone in same classroom, or by a restaurant to introduce todays special, etc.
With iOS multipeer technology, data can be transfered between Beacon Master and Beacon One without cost to users cellular data plan!
With iOS iBeacon technology there is almost no addtional power drain to cells power.
